Colleen joins MInTheGap from her blog “Talk About It” and here’s what she says about herself:
I recently joined the Women’s Resource Center at Georgia Tech this past summer in the newly appointed Program Coordinator role. I have a bachelor degree in exercise and health science from Alma College and master’s degree in college student affairs leadership from Grand Valley State University. My master’s thesis focused on the body image among Greeks (males and females) at Grand Valley State University. I founded the Women’s Resource Center at The University of Tampa and volunteered at the local Crisis Center with the Nurse Examiner Program (NEP) for three years before moving to Atlanta. In my free time, I participate in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program.
Please join me in welcoming her and stay tuned for her first post next week!
