What if, each and every night, we went to bed at a decent hour, and got up at a decent hour—and got at least 7 hours of sleep? How would that change our lives while we were awake?
Would less get done? Would we find that we needed our children’s help to get the daily necessities done?
How would our relationships be, and would we find that we were more tolerant of one another?
