The Mainstream Media has finally started to turn on President Biden, with discussions of his age and ability as well as the now constant news of the porous borders we have in this country. The Democrats in the U.S. Senate came up with a bill that’s not palatable for Republicans, and since the House is tying aid to Ukraine with fixing the border, they’re at an impass.
In fact, the only leverage the Republican House has right now is Ukraine funding… and Minority Leader, Sen. Mitch McConnell, wants Speaker Mike Johnson to give that up:
Sure, somewhere around eight million illegal immigrants have been encountered at the border in the last few years, leading to chaos in America’s cities both financially and regarding crime. According to McConnell, though, we shouldn’t focus on that. Instead, we should only worry about spending another $60 million on Ukraine’s stalemate with Russia. To try to then go work with Hakeem Jeffries to bypass the Republican majority is just the icing on the cake.

So, who is pulling the strings? Who is trying to convince McConnell to go against his party, his constituents, and common sense and try to work with the House minority leader to get this passed?! He must be getting marching orders from somewhere, from someone that he fears more than Trump and his constituents.
