Avoid: Hot dogs
Go for: Bacon roll
A standard hot dog without the roll (the kind you might have at a barbecue, not the truly huge ones you can buy on the street!) contains about 250 calories.
A couple of rashers of bacon have around 120 calories, so you save yourself 130 calories.
Also the meat is less processed and likely to contain fewer flavourings, preservatives and other additives.
