The Questions Game

Mary at Home Steeped Hope has five random questions, and I signed up to answer them to give you more information about me.

Here are the questions and my answers:
1. What book are you currently reading, or have just finished reading?

The only book I’m reading right now is continuing my way through a commentary on the Psalms. Though I read many websites, and even some magazines, I haven’t really had the chance to get into a book.

2. If money were no object, where would you live and what would you be doing?

I would live in the country, blogging and helping out churches either on the web or in person.

3. Some people crave chocolate or coffee (that’d be me), what do you keep stashed for when the urge strikes?

Hmm… Tough one. I do have a regular supply of Dr. Pepper (currently likeing the Cherry Vanilla kind) next to my desk at my day job– once a day after a walk around the building. But I seldom get cravings.

4. What is your idea of how to spend the perfect day?

At home with my family.

5. What spurred you into starting a blog way back when?

See this post on Why I Blog

Can I get five takers for some questions that I’ll come up with? Anyone?

  1. Ha, took the “easy” questions eh?

I wrote five random questions too, and five answers to the questions from larry’s blog at A Layman’s Thoughts.

My questions were reportedly “hard” and “scary” from one reader. Nice answers. It’s probably a good thing you don’t get cravings! Your body is probably not dependent on something.

  2. I wish I didn’t get cravings, but then again, there’s something comforting about knowing it’s the kid’s naptime, getting my tea kettle to whistling and my two hershey kisses out to go with…

Now if I could just switch from coffee to green tea. I’m in the process. Baby steps.

Not a Dr. Pepper fan here, can’t stand the stuff. πŸ™‚

Thanks for answering the questions! I’m curious as to what questions you’ll be asking…hopefully some people will step up!

Mrs. Meg Logan, your questions are good too, they just require more thought which translates into: More Time. πŸ™‚

  3. Well I’m game… unless your questions are as tough as MML’s. πŸ™‚ I’d love to see your responses to my five over at “A Layman’s Thoughts” as well. Of course if we go too far with this, our Blogs will turn into Q&A boards and we’ll be occupuied full time.
