What I’m Reading Today – 2020-04-20

It’s hard to be regular at anything during COVID, but maybe sharing a bit of what I’m reading about would be interesting. So, let’s see how that goes.

Get A Cat They Said, It Will Be Fun They Said…
I don’t know about you, but as a cat owner for a while, I’ve never had my cat do anything like what these are doing.

The Complete Guide To Hiking
Looking for something cheap to do that’s good for exercise and gets you out of the house– and something you can do during COVID-19 in most states? Hiking may be your ticket!

10 Intimacy Killers
I find that it’s easy to get stressed during this time, which can lead to some of the items on this list, like busyness, exhaustion, resentment, entitlement, etc. It’s definitely important to take a step back, get some exercise (maybe hike!) and chill.

“When I first came in, Iran was going to take over the entire Middle East. Right now they just want to survive.”
I agree with one comment here:

Rush Limbaugh: ‘We Are Headed to Great Depression’ with ‘Democrats Fully on Board’
Rush talks about how quickly we went from one economy to a recession and what’s next– with added emphasis that some people want this to happen.

Patriots Day, April 19th – Mr. Paul Revere Explains The Battle of Lexington and Concord in His Own Words….
How did you celebrate Patriot’s day?

Harvard Magazine gets attention for an article about the “risks of home schooling.”
Funny to print this when almost everyone’s homeschooling and even Mark Hamill notices the effect on school violence:

I should develop my response to this as another post. Stay tuned.
